Salve,
innanzitutto ringrazio coloro che mi dedicheranno del tempo anche solo per leggere queste righe.
Possiedo un garage (accatastato c6) all'interno di un condominio dove sono presenti altri box.
Causa pandemia con 3 amici abbiamo deciso di dividere le spese e comprare un po' di attrezzatura ginnica (niente di elettrico) per allenarci.
Stando a questo articolo https://www.laleggepertutti.it/458440_10-cose-che-non-si-possono-fare-in-garage sembra che sia tutto regolare e non ci siano problemi poichè non è presente nessun regolamento di condominio.
Per l'appunto l'amministratore del condominio sostiene diversamente perchè in quanto c6 non possono starci persone e tanto meno cose diverse da automobili questo dovuto alla normativa antincendio.
